Kung Fu as a Performing Art

Scott teaches the traditional Chinese art of high kicks and soft spiraling stances. He has 28 years of experience, and teaches all ages. Students will learn Northern Shaolin which is the foundation practice of Chinese Opera where  enthusiasts develop dynamic strength, flexibility, speed and balance while learning to embody sensitivity and life-long discipline.  Classes are traditional and use drums, gongs, and woodblocks.

Lessons last one hour, can be  held outdoors, and happen at least once-a-week.
