Tai Chi

Taijiquan (T’ai Chi Chuan) is the practice of circulating qi in and around the body, over time creating qi momentum. It systematically uses gentle, soft, continuous movement which encourages the revitalization of internal organs, balanced dynamic change, and the unraveling of old injuries.
Teaching methods are designed to give students of any age sufficient understanding and experience to begin practicing on their own and to incorporate Taiji in their everyday movement. Cultivating qi is the key to health, gentle aging, balance, flexibility, meditation and ease.
