Northern Shaolin is the Chinese art of high kicking, springy legs, & soft spiraling stances especially created for youthful bodies.

Emphasis is put on flexibility, power, concentration, fun safety, self-discipline & self-esteem in a practice which can last a lifetime.

Students learn traditional 'forms' or sets which have been passed down through the generations with great care for hundreds, possibly thousands of years.
